Last night right in front of the 101 on pima. (az) I was flashed for going 59 or 60 in a 45. It was literally the first time I was ever speeding. I’ve had my license for over a year now and it would be my first ticket. The thing is though is I was driving my friends car. She was on the car though when I got flashed. How will this affect her or me? And is there a chance they won’t even send the ticket to her? I’ve heard some flashes are decoys to mess with drivers especially since I was blind for a good 5 seconds. Help please:/ parents CAN NOT find out about this. Thanks.

I did not initially pay attention to the legal proceedings concerning Accutane, because I didn’t have bowel issues. I originally counted myself lucky that I walked away from accutane with clear skin and no internal damage. After reading the side effects I realized that the eye pain and extreme eye dryness I had been experiencing we’re likely the cause of my acne medication. I was also troubled to learn that the pain I had started feeling iny joints might also be a side effect.
Most importantly for me, is that I have been told by my Air Force optometrist as well as a civilian optometrist, that I have started to show very early signs of glaucoma as a result of my dry eyes.
I am only 21 and very healthy other than these symptoms. I was informed that if my eyes continue to worsen at this rate I could be medically discharged from the military involuntarily. I am requesting info on my legal rights regarding these ailments and how to go about pursuing a law suit based on my case.

I got two photo radar tickets back in Star Valley last summer. I’m from out of town and got the tickets in the mail when I got home from vacation. All traffic tickets are bogus if no personal injury or property occurs. Your traffic ticket is civil, meaning it needs a few elements: cause of action and corpus delecti. They have neither. To really get at the root of the issue, spend a few moments and look up your state’s constitution. Find the enacting clause which will look something like this: Article V section 8 Colorado Constitution, “Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado”. This is important because it tells you where laws derive their power. Now look at your state’s motor vehicle code. If you do not see the exact enabling clause concerning that code (which you won’t) then what makes you think it’s applicable to you? I tossed my tickets in the trash after having a hearty chuckle, and have never heard anything sense. I have recently been stopped by police in CO and also did not hear anything about the unpaid tickets. Knowledge is power, traffic tickets are solely for profit.

I would also like to know what my rights are. There is a police officer for the city I work in. I happened to have gone to high school with him & he was in a different social group than myself & we didn’t really like eachother much. That was years ago & now that he is an authority figure I feel that he uses his position of power to follow not only myself but my fiance & father as well. Anytime I pass him going to or from work he does a u-turn & follows me (and my family) to our destinations…every single day. He finds any excuse to pull me over whether a head light or anything at all. Its disturbing & I don’t cause any trouble. I know many of the other officers in the city quite well & I don’t understand why this man feels the need to make me feel so uncomfortable. Should I talk to a lawyer? Should I talk to someone in charge? I’ve even gone so far to drive a different way home.

What happens if the child can stay in the above mentioned drug house. He makes $11,000 more a year the my daughter and the judge didn’t even give her enough money to make their $800 house payment. He gets all of her retirement because he told the judge that Amber had taken $8,000 dollars of their money (They didn’t ever have that kind of money) My daughter had proof of every dime she spent for the entire year that this divorce happened. She doesn’t have enough money to pay her electric bill where the child is with here half the time. She ask her X to help and he said no. Because of the judge doing what she did he is still mentally controlling my daughter. Can anyone help us with this mess. He attorney took here for $10,000 and didn’t do a —thing.

This is to Brianna..you need to do two things. Ask your parents to petition for full custody and focus on finishing school so you can get a job. He can petition all he wants. What the court is going to do is evaluate the living situation and money situation both parties bring to the table. He can’t just ask and it is given to him. If he is living in a craphole and you are living at home with your parents and doing the right thing, you will most likely keep the child. Go to the legal aid office and get a family law attorney to help you if need be.

I have a few questions. I’m 15 and my baby’s father is 19. He was 18 and I was still 14 when he got me pregnant. We live in Maryland. Could he go to jail for statutory rape? Our baby is due in a few days now and he wants sole custody. I plan on breastfeeding so would he have to wait until I wean the baby to do that? Or since he’s 19 with a job and I’m 15 with no job, does that mean he could get sole custody? He hasn’t payed for much of the baby’s things. I’ve had to have my parents pay for a lot of things. And he’s had his parents buy about $200 worth of things. His priority obviously isn’t his soon to born child and he’s acting like a child himself. He has plenty of money to buy things for the baby, but he chooses to spend it on himself instead. Could you please help me get sole custody?

Hi, I had owned a home in San Diego since 2004. In 2011 January, I bought a new home in San Diego, we moved out of our old house into the new one and rented my old house. Unfortunately my rentor stop paying rent after a few months and I was unable to pay for 2 mortgages. I tried doing a short sale but the bank did not allow me to do that even though we found a buyer through an agent. So the bank foreclose on our home and auctioned our home in September of 2011. We got a few day notice and that was it. I got deployed to Afghanistan in June 2011 and I will be here until July of 2012. My question is how do I file taxes? Is there any liability involved to IRS? Im 18 i have a 9 month old daughter and I want sole custody of my daughter. The father claims to care for our daughter yet he almost spent a month without visiting her at least, even when she was very sick. He doesn’t give me any kind of support financially or with any supplies she needs. I live with my parents who support her 100% and also help me get through college. Right after i come back from campus I’m back to mommy status. The father doesn’t help because he says he has to help hsi family pay bills, while going to school as well, but also i know he uses the extra money he gets to buy marijuana. He has charges with that as well as a concealed weapon. I don’t trust his parenting skills or decisions yet i know he will fight to gain her custody. Any advise to help me win sole custody or at least physical custody of my daughter?
